Streaming Series on MGM+ Now
American Hostage is an 8-episode psychological crime thriller series on MGM+ inspired by the 1977 Indianapolis hostage crisis. Jon Hamm stars in this adaptation of the hit podcast, which tells the true story of an Indianapolis radio reporter thrust into a high-stakes situation when a local man takes a bank employee hostage and demands to be interviewed live on air.
The first episode of this series made its world premiere as part of TIFF’s primetime programming. The series is now streaming on Crave and MGM+ on Sundays at 9pm PST.
