We’ll also share an overview of each committee’s work and introduce the nominees for the 2026 Board of Directors, giving members a chance to meet them in person before casting their vote.
Interested in helping shape the future of the VPA? Applications for board nominations open March 27, and voting for the new Board of Directors will take place online following the AGM.
After the meeting, we’ll continue the conversation with a Town Hall discussion, where members are invited to ask questions, share feedback, and bring forward ideas. Your perspective helps shape the direction of the VPA, and we’d love to hear from you.

205 people. One patio. Countless conversations.
On June 1, we had the pleasure of welcoming over 200 members of Vancouver’s post-production community to another sold-out VPA Summer BBQ at Craft Beer Market in English Bay.
From reconnecting with colleagues and making new connections to enjoying great food, drinks, and one of the best waterfront views in the city, it was a fantastic way to kick off the summer together.
We`re also proud to share that, thanks to your generosity, we raised $1,500 for the BC Cancer Foundation through our raffle fundraiser! Congratulations to our raffle winners, and a huge thank you to our generous prize donors: Western Imperial, Line 21, and Oddfellows.
Events like this wouldn`t be possible without the support of our volunteers, sponsors, dedicated VPA team, and, most importantly, our incredible members. Thank you for celebrating with us, for supporting one another, and for being part of the Vancouver Post Alliance community. We can`t wait to do it again next year!
