TUNE IN: ‘IKINARI’ – Music Video

Ikinari! Originally composed for a short film, this dynamic summer anthem is now being released as a standalone single—complete with a vibrant music video.

The song/score was led by film composer Jordan Andrew, who created the instrumental and invited Vancouver-based film composer Sorah Eun to contribute a K-pop-inspired vocal hook. Rapper Yasuke was also brought on to deliver an energetic opening rap verse.

The video, directed by Nic Altobelli, was filmed on location at Le Pho, East Hastings’ well-known pho restaurant. It features choreography from emerging talents in Vancouver’s hip hop dance scene.

We’re proud to highlight the involvement of VPA members: Carlo Quicho (VFX) and So Young (Colourist), whose work helped bring this high-impact project to life.

 Ikinari’s music video will premiere on Youtube May 30 and be available on all music platforms!
