| About Me | After more than 35 years as a senior colourist Gary has worked on hundreds of projects, ranging from award winning features, documentaries, music videos and commercials. With a background in both film and digital media,he honed his craft by grading thousands of hours of motion picture film and video, that understanding that the critical balance of light, shadow and exposure was essential to realize the intricate vision of Cinematographers and Directors. From this collaboration, Gary brings a passion to every project no matter what scale. In 2010 Gary opened Side Street Post, bringing colour grading in Vancouver to a new level, working with unlimited resolution options to 6K and beyond. In 2022 the fourth Resolve suite was added. With well over 300 movies to date Sidestreet has established itself as first choice Canadian independent post and Visual effects facility. |
